Master Planning

This is the culmination of the design phase which represents the most complete design solution. Final scaled, color CAD plans of the finished landscape are developed which consist of creating a computer generated design with greater detail. All necessary information is listed, including a complete plant list with specified plant varieties, sizes, and quantities. Hardscape and structural elements are drawn with more precision and we may include a three dimensional rendering to demonstrate our ideas. As part of our final plan presentation we also provide you with your project Plant Portfolio. This is a custom prepared booklet of plant photos displaying the color, form, and texture of plant material, as well as how the plants are combined with each other as compositions in the design. It is a great tool that helps you envision the finished planting layout. When the final design is approved, you are given a full color set of plans in addition to the Plant Portfolio.
