On Site Plant Layout

As construction proceeds and the plant installation phase is reached, our team is on site to make sure plants are placed as intended in the design. We guide the contractor on the placement of large trees and shrubs and we hand locate smaller shrubs, perennials, and ornamental grasses. Having the designer on site and personally involved is invaluable as we can make the decision to adjust plant locations as necessary due to site conditions that may vary from the plan. We also review the installation of plants by assessing planting depth, vertical orientation, and spacing. Detail pruning and thorough watering practices are implemented as the finishing touch to all planting.
