Site Analysis

Upon retaining our design services, a fully detailed site analysis of your property is conducted. This analysis includes evaluating and taking measurements of your home, property boundaries, other site elements (driveways, paving, structures, etc.) and an inventory of existing vegetation. Grade elevations and an analysis of the soil may also be completed at this time. A digital photography record is started to create a visual ‘map’ of the site which documents existing site conditions and is used as a continual reference tool throughout the design process.
