Initial Consultation

Prior to this meeting, you will be asked to complete a Landscape Design Evaluation. This completed questionnaire will provide us with the background information about your property and the design elements you are interested in incorporating into a plan. At our first appointment, we discuss your vision and objectives in depth to gain a better understanding of your overall project goal and we discuss the project budget. Our design process and philosophy is explained in greater detail and we present you with our portfolio of projects and the computer aided technologies we use to enhance each project during design development.

After meeting with you, we provide you with a design proposal that outlines the scope of the project as previously discussed. In addition to the design fee, this proposal includes a breakdown of the hours we have determined it would take to complete the design process. Our design fees vary based on the scope of the project.
