Contractor Bid Review

We entrust a select group of contractors and craftsmen to install our clients’ projects. When bids are received, we perform a formal bid review which scrutinizes and breaks down the contractor’s submitted numbers. A detailed report is presented to the client which clarifies what each contractor is offering by comparing apples to apples when reviewing the bids.
